Dumbest return policy of all time. Cancelled my loyalty program today and will no longer be shopping here if this is the level of “care” you show your customers. Abysmal 🤦🏼♀️

Since walking in I was welcomed by a woman “hi can I help you??” My response was no thank you. It was Thursday around 11:30 so the store was dead. I was checked on every 5 minutes to make sure I wasn’t doing anything suspicious. I’ve felt so uncomfortable the whole time. I’m a rogue customer and have been a regular at the Sephora in Del Mar since it opened. I will never comeback to this store ever. Maybe if I had blonde hair and blue eyes I wouldn’t be checked on every 5 minutes. Also maybe instead of standing around checking on me every 5 minutes you can clean your foundation testers that were absolutely filthy and hard to even test.
