Meredith’s communication was excellent before, during, and after the massage. I was asked questions about what I wanted and needed. The massage pressure was perfect and Meredith found, and very skillfully worked on, my problematic areas. 10/10 recommend. Everything in the actual business was very clean, calming, and well organized. The front staff were all very friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.

They even called me three times to remind me of the appointment. But when we showed up, they cancelled it on the spot, saying the massage therapist had just called in sick. Emergencies do happen, but the way it was handled felt completely unempathetic. After so many confirmations, we should have been notified well before arriving. I had dropped my wife off expecting to continue working on her birthday surprises, but instead we were left standing there with no solution and no consideration for how inconvenient it was. I hope they improve how they manage cancellations, but based on this visit, I can’t recommend this location.
