  Tara is the best, wonderful person and very charismatic. Haven’t had a better experience at a sephora. Super sweet and really nice person.

  Olive was the best associate at this sephora location! She was very patient with me and my friend and spent so much time picking out and testing different types of foundation, blush, and lip gloss. Olive was very knowledgeable about which types of makeup are good for different types of skin, and she picked out the perfect foundation match easily. Olive was really great to work with!

  Looking back, I’m disappointed I didn’t get the name of the salesperson who helped me; she truly made the experience. I stopped in because I’m running low on my usual moisturizer and was planning to restock. I’ve been loyal to the same one for a while, but I recently fell in love with a different brand’s face wash and was considering switching to their moisturizer as well. The only downside? It was significantly more expensive and my partner’s immediate reaction was basically, “Expensive = no.” Sensing my hesitation, a salesperson came over and offered to help. After I explained what I was looking for, she actually suggested a completely different brand. She gave me a sample to try, and even hours later, my skin still felt moisturized. The best part? It performed just as well (if not better) than the others I was considering and it was cheaper. What made the whole experience even funnier was that another customer nearby had the exact same dilemma. She overheard the recommendation and ended up grabbing the product too. At checkout, they were also giving out additional samples of the brands other products, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a great experience thanks to thoughtful and helpful service.   Today I was shopping for a couple of things, but really I had a few additional things I needed just didn’t feel like bothering anyone for help. But when I first entered Aaliyah helped me exchange my perfume, then I bumped into (forgive me for misspelling or mistaking your name) but I believe her name was Sohu. She spent so much time with me, helping me find each product I needed. She had the best suggestions and was not only patient (since I did take up a lot of her time) but also very kind. If every time I entered a Sephora I could shop with a Sohu, I’d come almost every week. I couldn’t do the QR survey, but I did want to give her the kudos anyways! Thank you so much for your help today!

  my friend was shopping here and they accused her of stealing in front of the whole store. even after emptying her pockets and bag they still berated her outloud. will not be spending my money here ever.
