She was genuinely kind to me and my kids and kept a smile the whole time. Truly the best customer experience I’ve ever had. I’d come back to the store just because of her! Queens go to the store and ask for her, she won’t disappoint. Trust.
- RRRochelleOct 6, 20252.0They didn’t have any testing strips for the perfume out and when I asked for some to test this perfume I wanted to buy they looked at the same empty section I was referencing and said that they didn’t have any. Idk maybe go in the back and get some or offer some type of solution to the customers?! It’s like yall don’t want people to spend their money here. And then like 3 different employees followed me around (I will grant them that they tried to be inconspicuous about it but still) and said they were just checking to see if I needed anything. I just ended up leaving because I’m not going to spend my money where I’m presumed to steal and I’ve given no indication of doing so. I love Sephora just not this one.

I’ve never been at a Sephora location who makes you out to feel like they don’t want your $$ I only pickup at this location if it’s an emergency because the service is that bad. They were rude to my husband when he tried to pick up my order. Reason he was picking it up was because of how rude they were to me the last time. The tall gentleman with the pony tail who is always rude and bothered to do his job told him he couldn’t have the order because his name wasn’t on it. If he had bothered to ask my husband he would have leaned that I selected him as the pick up person. Instead his co-worker had to tell him that he could just scan the barcode and the information will pop up. What’s so beyond distasteful is I have never been asked for my name when I pickup orders I’m only ever asked for the barcode. Sephora shouldn’t be known as a place who picks and chooses who gets asked for orders by name vs. by barcodes. That would lead to misleading perceptions. As for this location- when you take your consumer for granted/ treat them rudely / disrespect them/ they will leave you. I have worked in retail for over 25 years and this is by far the worst experience I have seen/heard/experienced.
