  I used to love their DWNTWN SF location, was sad when it closed. But had a very nice visit at the Emeryville location last Monday 3/9/26. The lady working that afternoon was helpful and generous, offering information on all of their clean products. It's nice to experience great customer service in person. Will be back for some hair products soon.

  Lush on Bay Street in Emeryville is a Gorgeous store! It’s small, but beautifully maintained, neat, clean, super organized & very attractive! Stocked to the brim! It was my first time shopping in a Lush store & I am absolutely HOOKED! Thanks to Erin, who was just a seeetheart, she’s so kind, friendly, helpful & so knowledgeable about every product! She made excellent recommendations & gave me samples of everything I was interested in! She even gave me a discount coupon I got to use that day at checkout! I went home and tried some of the samples and my hair and skin has never been this healthy! It’s incredible. I just Love the way these products smell! (Some favorites are Super Milk, Sticky Dates, The Comforter, Candy Rain, Snow Fairy, Let the Good Times Roll, etc and others!) My hair & skin feel so soft, smell great and look incredible and look healthy! I’m getting many complements from family, friends, & even complete strangers! I’ve had people come up to me and ask me what kind of shampoo I use, what perfume I wear, and if I use special lotion! I was happy to point them toward Lush cosmetics! I’ve already been back to the Emeryville store once alone then another time with a friend who is almost as excited about lush products as I am! I believe Erin said she’s been working for Lush for 16+ years! That says a lot about the company and a lot about her! I feel lucky to have met Erin, and I hope the company recognizes how lucky they are to have her as well! I’ll be a regular from here on out! A Lush fan & supporter forever! I can’t wait to go back and get some more products! I’ll be shopping for all of my body care needs at Lush in Emeryville! Love the place, products, & people who work there!   Hesitating to give this place any lower because we already lost the Lush at Fisherman’s Wharf 🪦. This is my backup Lush. I go there when my local store is soldout. I used to buy both Kitchen boxes here when they were carried in-store and had a generally positive experience with the team. Not the case at all today. Idk who was working the night of 11/6 but your zones/circles of energy were a -12. I’m the person who comes in to buy an entire range at a time bc I love Lush that much. I called ahead asking if they could assemble a basket for me (this location is weird for saying no when every other Lush does it). Did not even mention click&collect online as an option. I arrive: they don’t demo or show me anything. Little evidence of Product Knowledge. I’m left basically to fend for myself. Ask if I have all a range (they say yes). They stay at the counter instead of walking around to show me stuff :/. Bc their bath bombs are so disorganized I would have missed out on 3-4 cute Halloween ones. The selection at the store is v limited (no special fresh face masks, no valkyries, no Worry Monster, or red maple lip jelly). The baskets dirty w bath bomb dust. The counters scuffed and scratchy. When I was trying to check out an employee inhaled one of my snow fairy scrubees 🤮 so I returned it. Please do that with a tester but not something I was hoping to use all over. Then another employee leaned over my stuff and did this weird “huh” cough/wheeze thing 🤢. The susty girl in me usually loves the naked packaging. But this was too much so I put another ruined snow fairy scrubee back. 💔 They clearly did not want me to live my lushest life. Not a single ROAK or sample offered. There was one other person there and they treated me like they were so inconvenienced and rushed when they acknowledged me at all. The SF or Valley Fair Lushes would never.

  BRUH THE SHOWER JELLY??!? I’m ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED.. I just had the most amazing hydrating coconut oil , coconut milk, piña colada, smelling shower in my entire life. I can’t believe I never used a SHOWER JELLY BEFORE? Why have I been wasting my sweet precious shower time with NO SHOWER JELLY?!?!! YALL PLEASE GET ONE.. YOU WILL BE SO BLESSED BY THE SMELL. I got the Bongo!! GET ONE RIGHT NOW. WHATEVER YOU ARE DOING DOESN’T EVEN MATTER ANYMORE TIL YOU SHOWER WITH ONE OF THESEEEEEEE. 🥹🩷🫶🏻Thank you LUSH🩷
