- BBBytemasterApr 4, 20265.0✂️ GREAT Clips! First off the check in on the app IS A MUST. (my first time using it) I no sooner sat down than was called up with a salon full of customers! I haven't had that fast of service in a very long time. Truly I didn't even have time to launch a favorite game! Suong, my stylist was a JOY. A truly fantastic hair cut (it will appear as my REAL ID photo in 2 days) so I'm excited to look good and maybe slide thru a ticket or two with my coiffed do! She was kind, ALL SMILES, cheerfully conversational and I felt almost like we had known each other for a while. Very easy comfortable feeling. SHE WAS FAST! Faster than I've had in the past despite my lack of hair as I age! Needless to say I will use the check-in process again with the app and seek out Suong next time. (I promised to show her my new REAL ID) to document her excellent work. 👌 👍

She is professional, very nice, and attentive to my preferences and does an excellent job each time. I appreciate her as my hair stylist. On a side note, I observe that the other hair stylists that work at this location are very welcoming and nice too as they always greet with a smile when I visit. With all these factors, this is why I am loyal to this Great Clips location at Elk Grove-Florin/Calvine and do not wish to go anywhere else for my haircut needs.

Jackie and Hailey are both fantastic—friendly, professional, and they really take the time to understand exactly what you want. It’s clear they care about their clients. Over the years, I’ve always appreciated how welcoming the atmosphere is and how easy they make the whole experience. I always leave feeling great about my haircut. I highly recommend this location, especially if you can book with Jackie or Hailey.
