- JJJacintaDec 14, 20251.0This Sephora location has a few below-quality employees that don’t universally treat every customer with kindness and respect. During my visit, I observed a severe lack of professionalism from certain employees, whose interactions were marked by prejudiced and stereotyping behavior, subtle ridicule, and inconsistent courtesy, covertly targeting a few customers. Also, if I don’t want to say hi to you when you greet me, don’t cry about it by making a joke about it to your coworkers and laugh obnoxiously loud like you did today. That’s not my job. Remarks made within earshot were inappropriate and detracted from my shopping experience as well the experience of other customers. All customers deserve to be treated with respect and impartiality, regardless of personal stereotypes. I hope this location addresses these concerns and can afford to hire adequate employees.
