  Becky was super nice. She greeted me when I came in right away. I was looking around and asked if I could get some samples and she described which kind I could get and got them for me right away. The girl that did my transaction with the tattoos and glass was very helpful as well. I will definitely be going back.

  I was just in there, and each time I've gone Kiki and Jay have helped, very very helpful and patient, professional and knowledgeable 😃 thank you guys for awesome and phenomenal customer service, you know your Business and I love my Sephora products, have a blessed one.   This Sephora location has a few below-quality employees that don’t universally treat every customer with kindness and respect. During my visit, I observed a severe lack of professionalism from certain employees, whose interactions were marked by prejudiced and stereotyping behavior, subtle ridicule, and inconsistent courtesy, covertly targeting a few customers. Also, if I don’t want to say hi to you when you greet me, don’t cry about it by making a joke about it to your coworkers and laugh obnoxiously loud like you did today. That’s not my job. Remarks made within earshot were inappropriate and detracted from my shopping experience as well the experience of other customers. All customers deserve to be treated with respect and impartiality, regardless of personal stereotypes. I hope this location addresses these concerns and can afford to hire adequate employees.
