- AAAKOct 4, 20252.0The customer service in this location of Great Clips is fine. The employees are respectful, and feel responsibility towards their customers, also they greet customers upon arrival, but unfortunately they are very impatient, and are in hurry because they want to get in as much customers as they can, and make more & more money which actually represents greed. They are located in Calvine Rd, Sacramento, and the location is not that much big, but still decent for pretty much good amount of customers at the same time. Also well organized, but unfortunately a huge ZERO for the hygiene which they don’t care at all, and don’t take it seriously, also the restroom is filthy , so better not to use it. They offer different services with totally different prices for all ages seniors, kids, adults, and never discriminate against anyone,so good to go. They sell different hair care products for different hair types which is good, but unfortunately the prices are skyrocketing, so if you are penny pincher, then these products are not for you just move on. Also before buying make sure to check the expiration dates on the products because there is no exchange or return policy at this location just want to inform you. You can call to ask for your favorite hair dresser work schedule if you want to get a haircut, but you can’t schedule an appointment over the phone, so be careful not to waste your time by scheduling your appointment over the phone. If you want a haircut cat , then go online , and with a few easy clicks schedule your haircut appointment, but the waiting time has been incredibly increased which makes you tired, and by the time they call your name you almost sleepy. Yes ! They are wheelchair accessible, and the seats in the waiting area are not that much comfortable for physically handicapped customers, so use your own accommodations. The parking lot is huge , and you can easily find parking spots anywhere including handicap spots, so no worries about parking. My experience sucked at this location because I requested trimming my hair not cutting too much short, but no they don’t listen, and don’t follow instructions given by customers, but asking for tips openly which is rude. I’m not coming to this location again, and will never recommend to friends, and families.👎👎😣😣
