- CRChip ReubenNov 6, 20253.0First, the fellow who took care of me did great. The problem I have with pause is that the cryosession wasn't nearly sufficient to lower my core body temperature. I would have preferred a cold plunge, with less extreme thermal conductivity rates tor longer periods of time. Also, everything here is overly restrictive, as with the cold plunge you are restricted to a very specific, predefined regimen that also includes heat and dictates strict time intervals. When it comes to thermal therapy one size definitely doesn't fit all. Give people more freedom to choose their own method.

- KSKristin SimonOct 16, 20255.0been going here on and off for a few years, starting with the venice location when it first opened. it’s such a high end, beautiful wellness space w all of the things you need and the best people working there. cass, emma, makayla, haley, kelsey are so attentive, kind, caring and great at their job. it’s like having friends greet you. i def feel at home here and especially love the sauna cold plunge and iv drips. all of the equipment and design of the space is really nice. if you’re a member you get discounts on everything which makes it super affordable. would definitely recommend and i come here multiple times a week.
