  I don't usually write reviews and wasn't going to but I never heard back from management when I called to speak to them. I was gifted a massage here for my wedding week to relax and unwind before my big day this weekend. I've heard such great things and so I was super excited. I'm also a hairstylist and know the importance of taking care of my body so I was super interested in the monthly membership and have multiple friends at the Roseville location who love it so I was super disappointed. I had a massage on Saturday and added the enhancement of guasha. I called before and asked about it and the receptionist told me the benefits and that it's only the last 10 minutes of the massage. Well my therapist did two strokes on my back with it in the first minute of the massage and that was it so not sure what I paid for? I also was sweating because the bed was so hot and she never informed me that I could turn it down or that it was controlled, i had to ask half way through if there was a way to turn it down. She also spent 5 minutes on my back and legs and then flipped me over. It just felt like she was rubbing my body she didn't put any pressure and just seemed like she didn't want to be there. I eventually asked her if she could apply some more pressure. I have a hard time speaking up because I don't want to upset anyone so this was half way through the massage. I've had many massages before and this was a terrible experience and I'm super sad about it because I had such high hopes. There's more details I won't get into but I called right after the massage and asked if I could speak to a manager about my experience and they told me they would text her and if she didn't call me on Saturday or Sunday she would call first thing Monday. I never received a call, so I called Monday evening and she told me that the manager is busy and she would try and get her to call me on Tuesday if she had time. As someone in the service industry if I know a customer is unhappy I make sure I call as soon as I can so they feel heard and to try and fix the situation. I felt super dismissed and like it's an inconvenience to call me. I have been super nice and understanding and did not want to write a review but it seems like they don't want to call and talk to me about my experience and make it right. Super bummed because I just wanted a nice massage before my wedding.

  This was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a long time. The ambiance is so peaceful and Asia was absolutely stunning! A huge shout out to Asia for giving me such an amazing experience!

  A friend of mine purchased an 80 minute massage for me for my birthday. The masseuse was wonderful! I felt like a brand new human being when I left, highly recommend.

  La’Ryn is my therapist, she is amazing at massage! She worked out a knot I have had in my hip for a long time. Grateful for the NOW massage!

  I had an amazing experience and would absolutely give 5 stars. My massage therapist Ronneigh really took the time to focus on my problem areas and made sure to address the spots where I carry the most tension. I could tell they were very knowledgeable and attentive, adjusting pressure perfectly throughout the session. Not only did I leave feeling physically better, but the entire experience was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which made it easy to fully unwind. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a thoughtful and effective massage.
