Well I thought she was but all she was trying to do is sell us products that cost more from our original color. She doesn’t know nothing about black skin and I knew it so I let her precede. As we go to check out because I just purchase these gifts cards for my mom and The lady told me the cards have 0 balance on none of the cards. I was so embarrassed because I did this for my mom. When I got home and check the cards. This Lady lied right in my face all because she wanted the cash. I will never go there again.

I was approached by 2 females, both were overly nice, I then ended up just being helped by a girl named Monica, I confided in her to recommend me a few good products for my red textured skin, she then expressed that i would need “more than a few”, i wondered what she meant by that comment, taking offense i asked for some recommendations, she then shows me the most high end skin care that was quite costly, i explained i had very dry flaky skin, and she handed me products made for oily skin. You should really get someone who knows what they’re talking about, i almost purchased these before reading the bottle.
