Coupons are always good because everyone wants to save a buck or 2. Also like the online check in so I can see how long the wait is, I don't have to drive there only to find its a 45 minute wait.

Usually the results are pretty good - sometimes there is a finicky hair or two left uncut. This time was different though. She really only took about 5 minutes total from when I sat down until I paid. Without my glasses it's hard to tell if anything was missed until I get home. In this case there were two relatively large clumps of hair that were completely missed. I don't know how she could have missed these spots if she was paying attention at all. Thankfully I had a Facebook coupon because if I had paid more than $10 I would feel really ripped off.
