It’s unacceptable to pay $26 per cut for less than 10 minutes in the chair, only to walk out with a poor haircut and hair still all over their faces and clothes. Spending $55–60 for two bad haircuts is ridiculous. The only reason I kept coming back was convenience, but it’s clear this place doesn’t value quality or customer service. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
