    The experience I had on my last visit was exceptionally refreshing. I was greeted upon entry by a woman named Vionna (pardon if I misspelled) and immediately given plenty of quality recommendations ranging in affordability based on questions I had regarding sensitive skincare, and preference in makeup. The level of attention and genuine quality customer service I received, I truly Feel deserves praise and recognition. She went above and beyond and left a positive lasting impression. In love with my new products and have since solved any skincare issues I’ve had. Thank you V!

    Never shopping at this location again. Go to the Bishop Ranch Sephora instead. Had a very strange and uncomfortable experience with the manager, Varisara on Nov 11th. I came in to return an item I ordered online on October 11. As soon as I walked in, she immediately asked if I was returning the product because they “don’t carry that brand” at this location. I politely explained that I had ordered it online on oct 11 and wanted to return it as today is nov 11. She looked concerned and annoyed and as I turn to walk she repeats “but we don’t carry that brand at this store” a second time to which I pause and ask but that shouldn’t matter for an online return right? She ignores me and looks away not answering awkwardly. I just thought ok this made me feel weird and uncomfortable to even want to potentially shop and exchange it now I rather just return and leave. The other employee watching this walks over to meet me at the register, then states that she needed a manager override. Varisara came over she refused to process the return, claiming that because October has 31 days, since it was ordered online on Oct 11 then November 11 is day 31. I explained that I ordered the item online but didn’t even receive it on the 11th, but she dismissed me, saying Sephora counts from the order date, not the delivery date. I stayed calm and polite, even asking if she could make an exception or check with someone higher up and even kindly explained how my work hours make it tough to which instead, she made sarcastic expressions and noises like “mmmmm mmmhhmmm” — very unprofessional and condescending. Then said I need to call Sephora and return thru mail I said that does not make any sense. I asked one last time are you really sure you absolutely cannot do anything. She again refused. I knew based on her weird attitude this is a lie so I then drove 15 minutes more to the Bishop Ranch Sephora in San Ramon, where they processed the return immediately with no issue or attitude and I did not even say a word which proved the lie about everything said to me. It’s disappointing that these kinds of toxic employees make customers feel uncomfortable for no reason. I was kind and respectful, yet treated with attitude and disregard. To have someone like such as a leader and example for other employees only opens the door to encouragement around such high school like behaviors. I spend thousands at Sephora as a VIB Rouge member and expect basic respect. As a consumer I go where I feel comfortable and basic respect. Attitude doesn’t help business, if anything with the right approach she could’ve easily had me spending over $200+ there as I needed quite a few things.
