Upon entering you got the greeting from all staff members but not one soul approached me. I’m checking out every cosmetic brand in every aisle for about 15 min. Again, no one offered assistance they just looked at me and kept going. I usually stick to my local target for cosmetics and said “let’s give this place a try” nope never again will I step foot into this establishment. I guess my legging & tshirt attire wasn’t approachable for them. Do better Downey Sephora! Your giving sangrona vibes!
