The staff asked me if I had a cosmetic license, or proof that I'm a student to purchase hair rubber bands. I never heard of needing those type of things to purchase rubber bands... Then the lady had the nerves to say I didn't ask on the phone, where to I feel like as her job is to inform the customers. If this is a REAL thing, they should had mentioned that on the phone before making the customer trip an inconvenience.. I honestly felt judged ,as if my money wasn't good to them.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
