Despite my attempts to explain the issue in detail, I was met with a lack of empathy and understanding. my experience with Customer Service was frustrating and left me feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the company's handling of my issue. I hope that in the future, they can take steps to improve their customer service and make it a more positive experience for customers who require their assistance. Ive been to many salon centric stores for years and this store in Downey never fails when it comes to costumer service.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
