She knows her anatomy and can pin point where you need the most work. She does cupping and great massages. Im always healed for a full month plus after seeing her. She does good deep tissues also. I enjoy that she also has an integrative/mindfulness side to her as well. She is so in tune with her self that i think it helps her heal and be in tune with other peoples needs as well. She also knows how to create a peaceful and enjoyable environment, i never feel rushed there. Just simply pampered! It can be hard to find the perfect massage person but i found her and will go to her as long as i live in San Diego!
