Many employees including the lead salon manager barely can speak English, then the manager gives me such a hasty hair cut ripping out my hair with the scissors since she's trying to go so quick. Didn't follow the notes in the system either. Also the manager started belittling another employee who actually can speak English and does quality hair cuts. Really a shame this place is gone so downhill after living in Danville since 2000.

I usually see Tina, and she is consistently excellent—she really listens, pays attention to detail, and always delivers a great cut. I’ve also had my hair cut by Maryam and Courtney on other visits, and they’ve both been fantastic as well. The entire team is friendly, professional, and clearly skilled at what they do. It’s always an easy, pleasant experience, and I leave happy every time. Highly recommend this location!

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
