  Line out the door with employees everywhere but they only had two at the registers. When I asked why they couldn't have more people working the front to help with the 45 minute line, they said "they were going their best" and did nothing about it.

  The young lady that helped me, was GREAT!!! She's one of the cosmetic specialists, so sorry i forgot your name!! I think it's Melanie? Any ways, i was looking for something to help control my oily skin isssue. She did a color match for me. She knew instantly what i was looking for. Her recommendations where on point. She gave me 4 samples to bring home. 1 primer, 1 after primer. And 2 different samples of face makeup.. she took her time with me, she gave me her undivided attention. The samples she gave me I've been using and to my surprise, my oily skin , make up not lasting thru the day, them days are a thing of the past. Thank you so much! And again I'm so sorry i don't remember if her name was Melanie. I'll make sure to get her name. She deserves this compliment. She deserves more than just 5 stars... 1, 000+stars!

  I made a refund at this store but payment hasn’t been credited to my original card to what’s nearing a month. The cashier who was processing my request was rude to begin with so I’m wondering if she didnt process this on purchase even though she took back the items. Customer service through chat and phone have been a nightmare to go through and I don’t know what to do.

  Hit or miss customer service. Most employees are very wonderful and have given me good advice and listened to my concerns regarding the beauty products. However on one of my recent visits, I was struggling with a foundation match and tried consulting an employee for help. I tried telling two employees my concerns regarding matching to my neck and they didn’t listen to me at all. They were having a conversation prior to me asking them for help, and their response if anything only made me feel like I was interrupting them. Will only be going back for the wonderful sephora employees who actually listen to my concerns and not brush it off to continue talking with their coworker.

  Absolutely disgraceful way of treating customers in that branch. Happens every time I go there. I wanted to get a perfume for myself and was ignored by two sales reps that not only pretended not to see me but also one of them kept trying the perfumes for themselves, making happy sounds like mhhh and what not. Y’all just lost over 300$ worth of purchase because you feel like you’re better than your customers. Congrats.
