- AAA ANov 11, 20251.0Isabel here is very unprofessional failing to do bare minimal. Isabel makes up excuses refusing to return items despite customers having receipt, items being new in original package and being well within the return time frame. Furthermore Isabel deliberately refuses customers receipts for purchases. Isabel should be thoroughly reassessed because the aforementioned misconduct is harming Salon Centric's business significantly.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
