  Expressed some concerns to the manager, Heather and was met with so much kindness and answers to my worries. She didn’t hesitate to help us out and we left the store with huge smiles and feeling more confident to support Sephora as brown women.

  After multiple calls and long hold times, no one answers the phone at this location — including requests to speak with a beauty advisor or manager. This level of service is disappointing.

  sunday at noon; two people at the door, several throughout the store, someone restocking the shelves in the check out area and no one at the cash register. waited five minutes before putting all my restocking items down and left.

  This is the nicest Sephora I’ve ever been to. Yes it was really clean but everyone was so smiley and helpful. Usually I’m so overwhelmed and intimidated because I don’t really wear makeup and don’t know much but as soon as I walked in I just found the first person with good makeup. lol that person was Carmilla! She was so helpful and nice and really listened to me. I came in for mascara and eye liner and she helped solve my other problems too, cause she was really listening. She also shade matched me so perfectly. She was so calm and chill but you could tell she knew her stuff and was confident about it and took the time to help me with my needs and my budget. I ended up getting eye cream, concealer, eye liner, and mascara. Then at the counter Sabrina was so friendly and fast and order a product for me and we talked about nails. It was just so nice. And then on my way out Carmilla gave me a gift and hugged me and it was all just so lovely! It’s like what movies think going to a makeup store is like. Really refreshing during the holidays too! Highly recommend this store!

  I had the most amazing experience at this Sephora thanks to one of your beauty advisors, I believe her name was Elisabeth (or something similar). She is truly the best advisor I have ever met. I’m a Gold client in France and have been visiting Sephora stores almost every week for about 10 years, and I have never come across someone as kind, attentive, and professional as her. She made my visit such a pleasure and even reminded me to pick up my birthday gift, which I would have completely forgotten. Thank you so much, Elisabeth, for your incredible service and positive energy. Sephora is very lucky to have you!
