- KDKatie DriscollDec 7, 20255.0This is the nicest Sephora I’ve ever been to. Yes it was really clean but everyone was so smiley and helpful. Usually I’m so overwhelmed and intimidated because I don’t really wear makeup and don’t know much but as soon as I walked in I just found the first person with good makeup. lol that person was Carmilla! She was so helpful and nice and really listened to me. I came in for mascara and eye liner and she helped solve my other problems too, cause she was really listening. She also shade matched me so perfectly. She was so calm and chill but you could tell she knew her stuff and was confident about it and took the time to help me with my needs and my budget. I ended up getting eye cream, concealer, eye liner, and mascara. Then at the counter Sabrina was so friendly and fast and order a product for me and we talked about nails. It was just so nice. And then on my way out Carmilla gave me a gift and hugged me and it was all just so lovely! It’s like what movies think going to a makeup store is like. Really refreshing during the holidays too! Highly recommend this store!
