  This is my preferred store due to its proximity to my work and home, however, today it seemed as if the staff at the tills are not aware that they should be making money for their employer. After waiting in line for about 15mins the 2 staff members at one of the tills turned their backs to the customers waiting in line to pack some pouches, without saying anything word. The one other till that was opened was doing intense customer service with 1 customer. No one in these positions made eye contact with those of us in line. No apology for waiting...nothing. The guys and girls on the floor were helpful and polite. Maybe they should be checking the customers out. I was only going to spend about $75 for a travel perfume and a deodorant which I've never used but wanted to try. In the end I left without them. I'll go to another store where my time is not taken for granted. By the way, the staff @ the store in The Grove exemplifies good service.

  Really poor customer service, store is full of employees, yet no one greets you and they act annoyed when you ask for assistance.

  I would put negative stars if that was an option! I had a very disappointing experience with Sephora. They canceled my makeup appointment for the day of my event—just 4 hours before—without even calling me. Instead, they sent an email. When I went into the store to see if they had a solution, I was told there was no replacement available because the makeup artist called out. The only options offered were for me to “try MAC” or wait while the manager called around to other stores. This was the day of my event, and I was left scrambling last minute with no reliable backup plan. A company like Sephora should have better communication and contingency plans in place. Canceling on a client last minute, especially for a scheduled appointment tied to an important event, is completely unprofessional and left me extremely frustrated. I will never shop at Sephora or book another makeup appointment with them again. Please save yourself the headache and go with a reliable makeup artist who won’t leave you hanging on the day of your event.

  Dominique was a breath of fresh air after requesting help from other associates twice and they asked from a distance what I needed instead of coming over to check. Thanks so much for being patient and kind and helping me choose exactly what I needed. Warm smile and very helpful 😁
