Clean and Great selection of products though as always. Update: Disappointing customer service response - they make you call a number that doesn’t go anywhere but to pay a bill and offers no real solution.

- SSSS SMay 6, 20205.0The most accommodating and nice staff and management. I have been going here since they opened and are close to the Marina. I just wish they had more variety and items, but they are known to be one of the "smaller" Salon Centrics. During the pandemic, they held the last bottle of Barbicide disenfectant for me after I called to double check, and asked to hold while I was driving over there. If not, I would have been stuck without because someone else waked in to buy it while I was driving! They kept their promise and also referred me to another location where I was able to find more. I love this store over Cosmoprof Venice, any day (but they distribute some brands I must get for cosmetology services at Cosmo's).

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.

SalonCentric Culver City is open Monday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Tuesday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays.
