  Queen bee is the best at what they do. I have been a client for over 10 years and can’t imagine going anywhere else. I have experienced a few different services and every single person there is knowledgeable, professional, and are great at what they do.

  Love this waxing salon. It’s such a neighborhood gem. Very cozy and cutely decorated. The front staff is wonderful. Sacha is my go to person there. I think I must’ve seen her at least 20 times. She is great at her profession. Efficient, professional, friendly, and very engaging. I always walk out of there super satisfied with my results. I look forward to my next appointment with Sacha, for sure!

  I’ve been coming here with my daughter for three years and have seen Candy the entire time — she is excellent. However, the way this business is run is disappointing. At our last visit, there was a heavily scented candle burning inside that was overwhelming for me and my daughter. When I mentioned it, the English girl at the front desk told me we could wait outside in the tea garden. The interaction was not handled kindly. We waited outside until Candy came to get us for the appointment. Afterward, I had to complete payment througha private link via text, because I could not tolerate being inside due to the strong fragrance. I later called to speak with the owner, Jodi, and again, the rude english girl told me that she would give the owner, Jodi, my message to call me. I never received a callback. After three years as a client, the lack of follow-up was disappointing. In a city with many accommodating salons, this experience made it feel like client retention is not a priority.

  I've been going to Queen Bee Culver City for about 15 years or more. It's a great place to get waxed. Fast service, very clean, ample parking on the street, and everyone is polite. They have never messed up on scheduling, ever. Currently, I see Erin for my waxing needs. She's very sweet, personable and professional and I highly recommend her if you ever go to Queen Bee.

  LOVE Queen Bee! Great staff and services. But Ashley is the best brow girl I’ve ever had - professional and precise, but also a warm and lovely human. So much so, that I drive across town to see her. My brows always look great, but natural. I’ve referred multiple friends to her. My running joke is that the only way I’d stop seeing her is if one of us died. She’s that good!
