- ECEvelyn CantuJul 23, 20251.0Assistant Manager was very rude,combative,unwelcoming,and wanted to argue about a lipstick color that used to come in Mini form. I corrected her and she kept wanting to go back and forth like she wanted to continue to fight, she completely ruined my experience and tried to intimidate me. She has done this before and I just can’t un-remember these bad experiences.I walked out without making a purchase I felt unwanted and less then taken care of. Zero people or customer service skills.

Over shades she was very orange in the face with was not the look I wanted for my daughter . Kept suggesting an arguing following me asking what I ask the other artist. Horrible experience for my daughter looking for a perfect match in powder. Trying to intimidate me as you walk next to me because she's taller very aggressive. She very brave to act in such a manor. She has lacks professional cosmetic skills. Needs retraing in communication customer service an color match . We didn't purchase the color she chose .we purchased different color the other artist chose.
