  I had the most pleasant shopping experience at this location. I will admit that I was not having the best day and walked into the store very standoffish. However Keonna's excellent customer service and radiant energy got me right out of my head and excited to purchase a product that she had recommended. She asked open ended questions and was able to provide product knowledge that was easy to digest. Tive in koreatown but will be making the drive over to this location to be able to shop with Keonna again. She is such a Gem and a great asset to your team!

  APPALLING SERVICE, BROKEN POLICY, AND OPENLY DISMISSIVE STAFF. My attempt to return a body wash (purchased on an employee recommendation that caused an allergic skin reaction) was a complete violation of good service and basic decency. This store’s incompetence and dismissiveness are unacceptable. FAILURE 1: Inconsistent and Broken Policy Enforcement * First Attempt: Months ago, I was explicitly DENIED a return because the "manager was on lunch." Staff incorrectly advised me that the gift receipt "never expires" and told me to return later, a massive failure of policy and employee training that wasted my time. * Second Attempt (Today): Despite staff having previously confirmed the return was possible, the manager now refused to process it, claiming the gift receipt didn't show the cash/card amount. This is a deliberate policy roadblock designed to discourage returns, not assist customers dealing with a product failure. FAILURE 2: Dismissive and Pushy Staff * Upon entering, I looked around a bit then headed to the register to just be ignored by a male associate. I was eventually helped by a manager. * The transaction quickly turned into an intrusive interrogation over the basic return, making me feel like I was being accused of theft. * Even after the manager acknowledged the body wash price, they relentlessly attempted to push an exchange rather than simply refunding my money. She was sweet but alas also confused on what happend last time I tried to return this item. FAILURE 3: Feeling Targeted, the immediate suspicion, the repeated refusal to honor the return after two wasted trips, and the dismissive attitude were deeply offensive. As a person of color, the way I was treated and interrogated over a gift receipt and made to feel like a criminal, felt like I was being openly judged and targeted. I used to work for this company, and this is a new low. I ultimately left the product without a refund or exchange just with disappointment. BEWARE if you're making a transaction and they give you a gift receipt instead of a regular receipt.
