  i wish i can give 0 star , Today on Christmas Eve , they said they will close at 4 i arrived exactly at 4 i rushed i rushed through everything to try to get there i really wanted to buy my self a gift for christmas that i wanted because i have no one who ever gave for me a gift , i am lonely so i tried to make my self happy for a gift i really wanted . i arrived i saw people in the store shopping she shut the door and i begged i said please just please just 1 thing quickly it wont even affect them there was 15 people in the store shopping what effect would i have ??? please note i worked in retail before and i understand about rules and i respect everyone and i never argue or make complaints in my life but i was the last one trying to enter the door there was no one else behind me and i arrived exactly at 4 i swear not even 1 minute after so right as i tried to walk in they closed the door and i just want to know if i quickly grabbed something just please explain what impact will it have while 15 others were in the shop taking there time , i just wanted to quickly purchase a item . i begged her out side the door i was outside the window while i watched the others shop and i stood there alone in deep sadness i barley held my cry , while the lady told her to look away and not even acknowledge me like i am not even a human , and its exactly 4. not even 1 minute after . this is the issue with bureaucracy it's a thing called ritualism look it up. Its where people become robotic and move exactly on the rules like exactly on timing and rules without any humanity or sense of what another beings emotions ,and again please understand i know rules and policies are policies and i highly respect but i just don't understand what impact it would of had if she just let me in quickly to take 1 thing very fast while they had 15 other customers inside , i know my voice wont be heard but its my first time i ever wrote how i feel for once, i stayed inside the car for 8 hours crying afterwards , i felt treated so robotically and inhumanly , you couldn't dedicate 1 minute to a a person? to lighten their day a bit ? while 15 others shopped . you couldn't have some mercy and acknowledge a person begging you ? no this is not that deep but i felt very emotional not because of the gift but because i already have felt so much sadness and this 1 little item that does not seem deep would of really made my Christmas , the lady when she nodded no then another blonde lady came and told her to move away from the window and to completely ignore me , i felt so humiliated , i cried so much i feel very sad from this lack of humanity , and the sad part is for me in any job i ever worked i always dedicated my full kindness and tried my best to lighten peoples days even if it meant giving them 1 minute past time as this life is 1 time and i don't see harm helping any human in this world i see more harm in (ritualism) robotic workers who lack humanity . Thank you very much. i will never forget this day and those 2 workers , may you never feel the way you made me feel .

  I booked a 60 minute makeup appointment with Rogelio (Roger) for my birthday photoshoot and he was AMAZING! Not only did he exceed my expectations with his work, he also gave me tips and explained everything that he was doing. He’s very personable and down to earth. I would definitely recommend Roger to anyone. Thank you again!!! 🫶🏾

  First and foremost I dont like to go to Sephora to buy makeup because you have to look a certain way to get serviced there. I was in sephora this morning like around 11am not one worker approached and asked me if I needed help. I finally reached out to an employee asking her where I could find a shimmery eyeshadow which she just pointed 👉 in the direction. There were alot of employees just chit chatting instead of helping customers like myself. I left and didn't make any purchases felt disrespected
