I had to scramble to find someone who could take me right away, and thank goodness for Shae. She came through for me and did an absolutely amazing job on my makeup. She was truly a lifesaver and turned a stressful situation into a great experience. I’m so grateful for her talent and kindness.

Shoutout to Stephanie who was the only employee to take the time to acknowledge me, explain the situation, and assure me that she’d help me shortly…which she did. After a perfect shade match and a little bit of education later, I was on my way with my little black bag in hand. MAC can be an intimidating brand, and I’m so grateful for patient employees like Stephanie who take the mystery out of makeup with a smile and a kind word.
- CCChristopherMar 7, 20261.0My wife came in to get my makeup done today. I won’t mention the girls name who did her make up. She was nice but unfortunately she couldn’t give my wife more than 50% of her attention. She came in for a 45 minute appointment and she was interrupted every five minutes. The make up artist had to attend every customer that walked through the door. Her 45 minute makeup session took an hour and a half. My wife left without letting the make up artist finish. What is really upsetting is that my life stated she was getting ready for an event. The makeup artist knew that, but still left every 5 to 10 minutes to attend to the customer that walked in the store. If you want to get your makeup done do it at Nordstrom mac not the stand alone store.
