She was very helpful in finding products that would benefit my daughters hair. I was very satisfied with her service and the products so far are making a drastic difference in my daughters hair for the better. Because of her great service and hair recommendation, we are now loyal customers to this location and your products.
- MFMarisa FlournoyJan 15, 20204.0I wanted to review mostly about the customer service I received. The tatted up employee, Elise? She was incredible! I really appreciated how helpful she was. She seemed very knowledgeable with the products in the store, but I had to return them. I hated how the products smelled...it was a deal breaker for me.. I have a very sensitive sense of smell and I am very picky with what I use in my hair. Unfortunately the products did nothing for my hair, but I believe my hair needed something else. I had terrible dandruff for a few weeks, which only got worse as time progressed. My scalp kept shedding flakes no matter how much I tried to wash or brush my hair out. After a few uses of the Aveda products, I saw no improvement. I have very curly hair so I also had to consider the fact that my hair kept catching the dandruff, which made it difficult to eliminate from my hair completely. I recently invested in a scalp shampoo brush. By the time I got around to purchasing that brush, I already returned the Aveda products. Ever since I used the brush, it worked wonders for my hair. Again, this is because I needed something to help me scrape off my dandruff because my fingers alone were not enough to get any of my flakes out. I regret not trying out the Aveda products when I had the brush so I can test out how effective it is. In spite of my disappointment, I am still open to trying your products again in the future. Unfortunately, Aveda is a bit out of my budget at the moment.
