- NANancy AvilaNov 29, 20251.0Went in earlier today to pick up an order I had placed on Friday and the product was in stock I got there and the girl in front told me tell that they didn't have it! That they had the product but it was in boxes in the back and they didint have time to look for it !?!?!? I drove from Fontana to corona to pick it up because I recived an email that it was ready to get picked up and I get there and that was the excuse I got from the girl plus the young girl was so rude didint care and had such a bad attitude!!! I always go to the one in upland and they have the best customer service but they didint have it in stock and I needed it so I decided to drive to corona. What kind of company or store says it’s in stock and send u a confirmation code that ur order it ready for you to get there and it’s lies. This was so unprofessional of this store and just the attitude that the girl had her name was Meredith. Never going back to that store and let other cosmetologist to not go to that store to go to another one.

- ANAli NajafiJan 22, 20241.0Arrived during scheduled business hours to find the door locked with no response to knocking. Monday hours are supposed to be till 6:30 pm. I arrived at 6:05 needing one thing and ended up wasting my time. Called and the phone rang with no answer. Waited 15 minutes in hopes they were in the restroom and would come back out. Having worked in small businesses I understand that this happens and is common. So I wait, no problem. Conveniently, right as I start pulling out of the parking space in front of the shop, I see the worker come out of the back door and walk to the front. I called once again to ask if they changed business hours and notified the worker that I had just pulled out. They said "Oh, you are the white car that just left right?".. yes indeed I was. But how would they know unless they were hiding in the back watching and waiting for me to leave. She then notified me that they were still open till 6:30 pm, another 10 minutes and asked if I was coming in. At this point I had already been on my way and was unable to return. Great business model to have workers that choose not to work and would rather hide in the back then operate the business. They lost the fastest 85$ in sales that would've taken 3-4 minutes. They just lost a couple thousand in sales a year.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
