  Went for the first time last month and loved it so much, I purchased the membership. Just went for the 3rd time today! Environment is very calming and the women at the front desk are always so welcoming and attentive. It’s very dimly lit and the tables are warm. The ocean sounds are amazing. Because I’m newer - and still trying to find the right massage therapist - I’ve worked with 3 different people. While they’ve all been unique in their own ways, I’ve left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!

  I had a really disappointing experience here. When I called ahead to ask about an introductory rate for first-time clients, I was told I could receive the member rate. However, after my massage, the front desk staff insisted that they “never do that” and made me feel like I had made the whole thing up. Being confronted like that immediately after a service was uncomfortable and honestly upsetting. On top of that, the massage itself was very mediocre. The massage table was also quite uncomfortable—especially lying face down, as the face support felt hard and made it difficult to relax. Overall, I left not only dissatisfied with the quality of the massage, but also shocked by the way I was treated. Definitely not the kind of experience I would expect or return for.

Shawna gave me an incredible 80‑minute deep tissue massage. From the very first appointment, she made me feel comfortable and truly listened so she could identify my problem areas. I was really impressed by how intuitive and thorough she was—her attention to detail made all the difference. I feel so much better afterward, both physically and mentally. Thank you, Shawna, for welcoming me so warmly my first time and for providing such thoughtful, effective care. I’m so grateful and highly recommend her!

  CJ was an amazing masseuse. He clearly loves his job and he did an excellent massage. I would highly recommend CJ. The front desk staff are knowledgeable and very friendly as well. Overall, a great experience.

  What a fantastic experience. Right on PCH in CDM and the aesthetic is spot on with ocean sounds and all. The staff is amazing and friendly. They really helped me decide what massage and massage therapist was the best fit. They were spot on. I did the gua sha as an enhancement and my therapist was Gina. She was a master at gua sha and had me relaxed in no time. She was able to find all my sore and tense spots like she had a map. I absolutely recommend Gina if you’re thinking of trying out The Now. I will be requesting her for my next massage.
