- CNC NgDec 13, 20251.0Went here to do a simple return and Irma (supposed “manager”) gave an unwarranted attitude. She was condescending and rude, having to help us on her “break”, which we didn’t mind waiting. I asked her to do a return and when doing a purchase, I wanted to use a 20% off and get a gift receipt. She told me she can’t do that, and I can only do either the discount OR the gift receipt (which doesn’t make any sense) so I said “okay, I’ll just do the discount.” And she replies “okay WHAT?!” (As if I couldn’t choose that) with so much attitude, it took my partner and I by surprise. Lady, it’s 10:30am, there’s no need to be so rude. Everyone else was so polite, I didn’t want to say anything, but she really needs an attitude adjustment if she’s supposed to be leading the team here. Thumbs down for sure.
