  I love Mac products for many years. It’s difficult to get any make up services here. Employees just make up when they want to open and close on weekends. My services are done here, going to new location.

  Tuesday, 12/30/25 What a great experience I had at the at the Concord, CA Sun Valley Macy's MAC counter with the help of Sidney. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient and so friendly. I purchased 5 items that I just love, and I plan to visit the MAC counter again very soon for other items I spotted during my visit based on the excellent customer service from Sidney.

  Had such a great experience at MAC! The team was super friendly and helpful from the start, and the whole vibe was really welcoming. I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years, and they never disappoint. The service is always consistent, and everyone really knows their stuff. Huge shoutout to Zurina. She’s an amazing makeup artist! She totally understood what I was going for and made me feel so comfortable throughout. The final look was exactly what I wanted (if not better!).
