  told sally i did not want to cut off any length as i already got a haircut two weeks prior so i dont need any additional length off. all i needed was trimming for my shortest layer. she proceeded to still chop off 3 inches of my hair. “well why didn’t you say anything?” she already cut off 3 inches of my hair on one section, im not gonna walk out with a missing piece. i just let her even it all out but now its really short and thin when all i asked was for her to trim my shortest layer

  I normally don’t have a bad time here, but honestly I’ve only ever actually gotten what I’ve asked for twice out of the ~6-8 times I’ve gone in. I have (and love) a more masculine cut, even walked in with how I always style it to show exactly what I wanted. I had been growing it out for about 2months at this point but needed a trim for a wedding in a week. Today however I asked for a 1/2inch trim all around and clean up around my ears and sideburns. I got a damn pixie! Now mind you I cannot see during haircuts since I have to take my glasses off every time; so when I finally put them back on, saw the length of hair strands around me, and looked up to see a styled pixie that I did not ask for. I am livid!

  Sally is the BEST! I will not go to anyone else to get my hair cut. She always remembers me and gets my hair right EVERY SINGLE TIME! The other stylists have been great with my wife and daughters' hair as well.

  I have gone to great clips before and decided since we were in Clovis, to try this location. I requested a shag haircut and took in a pic of what I wanted. I'm an older person and I guess the gal decided to scalp me, my hair was about to the middle of my back, she told me she'd cut it to shoulder length. Long story short, I didn't get a shag, it's a damn bob and she cut it to the base of my neck. I could scream !!! All that length and I get a damn bob and so short ! plus she doesn't know how to cut hair !!! or doesn't care since I was older. NEVER going back. It'll take forever to get my hair back and Miss A. go back to beauty school and learn how to actually cut hair. Save your dignity and don't go here for a hair cut especially if you're over 50.

  I wish I could give this a 0 star. I had the worst haircut in my life over here. I had bad cuts but this was the worst yet. I usually trust Great Clips when I go to different places. Since this recent haircut. I will not be going to any Great Clips across the board because of this last haircut. I usually like great cause of the affordability but since this traumatizing experience. I won't be doing business
