  I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years. The management recently changed and I feel good about the front desk grace is amazing she deserves to be upfront she’s very kind and respectful she adds value to the spa. I feel like the bathroom area woman can be attended better to looks like it’s upkeep is a bit low. Still one of my favorite spas to visit. Highly recommend

  While the attendants in the spa area were polite in upholding the spa etiquette, i could hear the front desk staff gossiping about the personal appearance of the guests. It was a little awkward, but besides that there are plenty of sauna/relaxation rooms and mats to relax on. I would recommend going to spa hyu during the weekdays as it gets quite crowded on a weekend afternoon. Also if you can, try to eat korean food elsewhere. The food can be a little slow in coming out due to only two staff cooking at a time. another note: the spa forbids people on their menstrual cycle from using the spa facilities. i confirmed this via a phone call back in August 2025.

  this place is amazing. everything is very modern, Pricing is standard, and facilities are new. They have a good variey of both pools and jjimjilbang, and the staff was very nice. the common bath was deep enough that you can comfortably soak your whole body, and the indoor restaurant was good too.
