The female therapist attempted to give a deep tissue massage for a couple minutes was super soft. I ended up leaving without getting what I wanted very dissatisfied. I even emphasized to the scheduler, which I think was the owner that I needed extra extra deep tissue and that is not what I received.

I had the most incredible 90 minute deep tissue massage with Dan. He’s very knowledgeable about muscles and the stretches and massage techniques that they need. I had some hip pain and reduced mobility but after the massage I noticed my hip
Was much more flexible. I recommend this place a million times!

Hands down best deep tissue massage I have ever had. Amanda was absolutely phenomenal. I went in, with so much pain and walked out feeling like a whole new person. Thank you again Amanda! You are the best! So attentive to detail.

We went for a friends spa day. We booked the facial and head spa package. Originally I had booked the appointment at the Fair oaks location. An hr before the appointment they called to see if we could go to the citrus heights one because the facility is better and could accommodate what we booked better. Ok no problem. If it is better, I really hate to see what the Fair oaks one looks like because YIKES! They put us in a teny tiny room. We wanted to be be together so they said one could get the facial and one could get a head spa, then switch. She told us to take our shirts off but then wouldn't leave and shut the door so we could do it in private. Because she speaks little English and it was hard to understand her so she was trying to take our bra straps off for us herself witch was uncomfortable. I got the facial first and it was the worst one I've had. It's definitely more massage driven( it's a massage place so I get it) then skin care or relaxation. Because I didn't understand what they were saying I hardly knew what was coming next. It was also very hard to relax because the technicians kept talking to each other in their language. They had music on but really couldn't hear it over them. I never got a head band. I'm assuming because my hair spa was next but whatever product they put on the cheap facial cloth mask kept dripping in my ear and tickling my scalp. The steamer part was practically non existent. The products felt and smelled cheap. When it was my turn for the head spa she said I wouldn't get the water ring part (witch was the whole purpose why I wanted to try a head spa) because I got my facial first. I'm not sure why because after I was done with the glorified hair washing she slathered and slapped my face with more cheap products and I got up feeling greasy and irritated. When paying she bullied me into a tip I really didn't want to pay or felt was necessary. Pusing for 20% (60$) I settled for 10% (30$) just to leave and get out of there. I can't speak for their massages what I did receive on my neck and shoulders was decent but definitely do not go here if your looking for a good facial or a head spa. I took my friend and it was her first time. I'm sad and disappointed this was first experience with spas. I'm definitely taking her somewhere else to see what it's really supposed to be like.
