- AJA JDec 16, 20251.0Nice, clean salon and friendly staff, but the experience could be much better. The stylists were kind, however it was obvious they were not busy and were mostly sitting around. As a licensed hair stylist myself, I honestly felt bad for them. It really seems like the company should be doing more to promote the salon and bring in business. The biggest issue for me was the shampoo experience. The porcelain tilting shampoo bowls in the island area are very uncomfortable. The shampoo chairs are pushed too close to the bowl, which puts a lot of pressure on the neck. Even moving the chair back a few inches didn’t help much. The chairs don’t seem to be designed for these types of bowls and really need better support, especially a footrest. I noticed that many of the styling stations have shampoo bowls with reclining all-purpose chairs, and I would have preferred to be shampooed there, as it would have been much more comfortable. Overall, the salon looks nice, but the shampoo setup in the island area really takes away from the experience, even after the remodel.

- KHKathy HoulihanDec 10, 20211.0Went in for a shampoo and set. After shampooing my hair the stylist suggested that she blow dry my hair and use a curling iron on it. I told her I like my hair really curly . She said don't worry it will be really curly. So I said ok. Boy was I sorry There was no curls in my hair. It was just a tiny bit wavy. I will never go there again. And I sure wouldn't recommend them either.
