- MMMelissa MartinezApr 7, 20261.0I came to get a lipgloss in the system it said that there where in existence, the lady didn’t even bother to check just directly told me that there where not available even though online said that there are on existence HORRIBLE ATTENTION instead of offering more help on ordering online and picking it yo another day, what if I bought it what was going to be her awnser if I went there because it says 15 min to be ready Clearly is not a good service

- JHJazmine HadidFeb 27, 20265.0If you wanna elevate your make up routine and get some helpful tips and tricks , get educated on what’s best products that suit your style, skin type and shade , go see Pam 💖 she is very kind and beautiful and her knowledge will change your entire make up routine. Pam helped me twice , once she recommended the Patrick Ta and Make up by Mario brushes as I was looking for high quality brushes , took them home and i ABSOLUTELY love them. I went back there yesterday and I was lucky enough to have her help me again , she once again went above and beyond to get me the products I wanted , showed me how to use them and also helped me place an order for a nose brush that was out of stock in the store not to mention I didn’t have to wait in line she help me with the checkout . Over all 100/100 experiences.

We went back looking for her, after a really bad experience with a manager, but we were upset to find out Mara no longer works here. Such a shame, she was a great asset to the store.
- JLJocelyn LemosJan 9, 20261.0Rude manager and staff. There checkout lines are always crazy slow. This store is also very dirty. It look like they never replace the testers and most of them are panned or extremely disgusting. I went to ulta across the street and they carry a lot Of high end brands now that I used to go to Sephora for. staff way more friendly and most importantly the store was clean organized and testers weren’t completely weeks/ months old.
