- DMDiana MartinSep 30, 20181.0I made the mistake of walking into this haircut place in east palomar. The only girl that was there quickly helped us. Although she was all serious, she helped my 12 year old son right away. All I asked was to clean up around the ears and posterior neck. I paid for the service and until we got home my son complained of his eyebrow burning. When I looked I noticed he was missing a good part of his brow! He felt it burning. He got all freaked out that he’s missing part of his eyebrow and when is it going to grow back. I understand accidents can happen. What I do not like is that obviously she must have seen the brow she chopped. She’s holdning the machine, how can you not! So why wouldn’t she say she made mistake or accident, simply acknowledge what she had done. Now my poor son continues all paranoid about people noticing. Good thing hair grows back. Never going back to this place again.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
