Came in looking for something new to enhance my athletic performance and Tribe Cold Plunge did not disappoint. I’ve incorporated cold plunging into my daily routine and I am glad to be doing it here at Tribe. Thankful for Shannon & his family.

Tribe Cold Plunge is an awesome experience. The owner is super friendly, and the vibe there is just top-notch. I was sore after my workout, and he helped me get some confidence to try my first tub-based cold plunge!
After the plunge, I hit the sauna for a bit and came out feeling like a new person. Warming up after makes a huge difference.
Also, it's awesome to support a veteran-owned business. If you're feeling sore from workouts - definitely recommend this therapy and this place!
