Everyone just ignores you, employees act like they're too good to ask if you need help. 2 employees just standing there not helping but gossiping to each other and the one that rung us out looked like she didn't want to be there. I was dressed in sweats and a regular shirt, so should I dress better if I want to be acknowledged? Also what is it with the samples? After purchasing 200 dollars worth of stuff the girl looked so appalled cause I asked if she had any samples, she opened her drawer and contemplated giving me any samples, she closed it and said nothing. So you were staring at an empty drawer? Sure.. please do better Sephora, high quality items should also come with high quality customer service.

I got great advice and amazing products. She was very attentive and knowledgeable! Loved it!

I came to return fenty foundation because I didn't need it or exchange for the primer but they could not find it on the computer or system that they have so they said there is nothing they can do to help me . It's really upsetting that I spend money at this store and can not get an exchange or help from them.
