    Let me just say I love Sephora, I go to this location all the time, I've been doing my shopping online and pick up in store now cause omg I hate going in. Everyone just ignores you, employees act like they're too good to ask if you need help. 2 employees just standing there not helping but gossiping to each other and the one that rung us out looked like she didn't want to be there. I was dressed in sweats and a regular shirt, so should I dress better if I want to be acknowledged? Also what is it with the samples? After purchasing 200 dollars worth of stuff the girl looked so appalled cause I asked if she had any samples, she opened her drawer and contemplated giving me any samples, she closed it and said nothing. So you were staring at an empty drawer? Sure.. please do better Sephora, high quality items should also come with high quality customer service.

    I had an absolutely amazing experience here. I’m not used to make up or even know what to do and Carmen gave the BEST ADVICE ( I really hope that’s how you spell her name. I can’t remember). Either way the service was amazing. I got great advice and amazing products. She was very attentive and knowledgeable! Loved it!

    This was my second time at this store and my last. The first time a worker was so rude the the other worker tried to make it up with samples. Today I went and the store was trashed and looked like it was going to close out because there were a lot of things missing. After 15 of walking around the isles for one compact without being acknowledged or greeted (I was the only customer there) I helped myself but finally had to ask for help and the girl was high, visibly I can tell I was a smoker too. The manager of this location needs to step up and raise the customer service standards in this location. Or not, either way I'm never going back there and waste my time again.
