- JLJocelyn Lemos3 days ago1.0Rude manager and staff. There checkout lines are always crazy slow. This store is also very dirty. It look like they never replace the testers and most of them are panned or extremely disgusting. I went to ulta across the street and they carry a lot Of high end brands now that I used to go to Sephora for. staff way more friendly and most importantly the store was clean organized and testers weren’t completely weeks/ months old.

I asked for help from 4 different workers they kept saying hold on, then would proceed to talk to each other or be on their phone. Finally when I thought I got help the lady proceeded to help someone else when I asked first so I awkwardly waited to the side then finally decided to leave. Terrible experience, the sad thing is this isn’t the first time this has happened every time I go the workers are either rude or don’t help at all.

First, they where out of stock from the birthday gift, secondly they told me wrong information about how to redeem my birthday points. The service from the lady at the cashier was horrible. Im a normal customer in there and I have never been treated like this in any Sephora store.
