  Went to Sephora the older woman and older man talked and gossiped the whole time while strolling around the store offering no help or greeting. Kaya was very wonderful, hard worker. Wanted to buy more but was unable to get assistance.

  Paulina really helped me out with getting the right shampoo. I detail and work on cars so my hair is always full of motor oil and brake dust, so I needed a shampoo to do it all. She helped educate me on a detox shampoo from Ouai and then Moroccan oil shampoo to moisturize. I never knew a "detox shampoo" existed! So happy to have exactly what I need, and it's all because Paulina's patience and friendliness in listening to my needs. I will be a forever customer now.

  One day I went here to take a look around and decided to stop by the sephora to xheck out rihanna's skin care items. This tall hispanic guy with short black hair and lighter complexion literally followed me the whole time I was browsing the products in the sephora area. At first, I thought no way he is following me. Then as I was walking out I stopped to look at the products one of the end caps and he stopped walked in the direction he was walking and turned around and stared at me and asked me for about the 6th time if I needed help. At this point I knew that I wasn't imagining things because I've worked retail in the past and remember the "extra customer service" you give when you think someone is stealing and I also use to work at this store years ago which I remember they have LP watching the store throughout the day so why he felt the need to play LP I don't know lo. However this was unacceptable and if I'm honest down right rude and an uncomfortable shopping experience for me. I was having a great off day and decided to shop around and he made me just want to go home. I'm not sure if Marie and Rick still work here but this guy needs a little extra training because customers shouldn't feel harrasdd when shopping. I wish I hadve got his name so I could have reported him by name but I tried to ignore to enjoy the rest of my off day but recently someone told me that had a poor experience at this location and it made me think of mines.

  Today was my 1st in Sephora. I walked around lost, not one employee helped me. I went to the register to pay, asked a question about the item I was purchasing. The employee was short not helpful.
