So, when I went in to redo a long grown out balayage (there was still some blonde on the ends, I swear!), I knew I was in for a long day. I have tons of hair and it can be intimidating. Abbie was not intimidated at all. She was sweet and attentive and wowed me with her technique. Despite me monopolizing the majority of her day, she remained high spirited and enthusiastic about the style (a berry balayage on my natural dark hair) and it turned out even better than I hoped! I’m so lucky to have such a wonderful stylist so close to home, and I suspect it won’t be nearly as long before I venture out for a retouch again, knowing I can depend on Abbie at Giovanni’s.
