Kimmy was an associate in the store who helped me found not only my new favorite brand, but the shade that matched my face perfectly! I was in complete shocked after she had taken only a few look at my face/neck and picked up a shade that was perfect for me. I am a male who isn’t all that familiar with makeup up and only uses little to no makeup up at times so this was incredible. I would recommend coming to this location, not only Kimmy who was helpful but the staff there were very welcoming. Thank you Kimmy i owe you big time!!

My recent visit was a perfect example. I came in for a specific item, but a sales representative told me it was out of stock and pushed a product that was twice as expensive. I politely went to the cashier to double-check, and she confirmed the product I wanted was, in fact, available. It turns out the first rep just wanted to push her own agenda. I ended up leaving and ordering the product online because it was easier than dealing with an unhelpful employee. You've ruined the joy of shopping at Sephora for me.
