I called them over the phone before I got in the car and they said as long as I came in before 7:30 I would be able to get a haircut. I arrive there earlier and they denied the haircut. There was only 2 workers. It seemed like one of them had a personal thing she had to tend to so my haircut became the sacrifice for that. I had to drive back home with no haircut. Worst experience I have ever had quite honestly.

I called the store because I was about 10 minutes away from arriving at the salon and they said they would put me on the waitlist again. When I got there I was helped by Evelyn who started my haircut as soon as I arrived. She was super friendly, professional, and went above and beyond for me. This was one of the smoothest experiences that I have ever had at a hair salon she deserves a raise.
