The video showed the haircut clearly, front, back and sides. I even asked the lady if she needed to see it again for reference and she said no. I included a photo of the cut I asked for. She grabbed her clippers and immediately started cutting all the way up. I stopped her and asked her not to continue. I let her know that she went higher on the left than the right. She said, "let me see. Oh, youre right. I can just cover it with your hair on top." I stood up and walked out. Some people do not deserve to have their license. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs!!!

Before going, I called the store to confirm whether they would accept my $9.99 coupon, and I was clearly told yes. After my haircut was finished, they suddenly told me I had to pay $25, saying they could not accept the coupon. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I had already confirmed it in advance. There were two staff members present, and one of the ladies was very rude, speaking loudly and disrespectfully instead of handling the situation professionally. This is poor customer service and misleading information. If the coupon was not acceptable, that should have been communicated before the haircut, not after. I will never visit this location again and do not recommend it to anyone.

I called them over the phone before I got in the car and they said as long as I came in before 7:30 I would be able to get a haircut. I arrive there earlier and they denied the haircut. There was only 2 workers. It seemed like one of them had a personal thing she had to tend to so my haircut became the sacrifice for that. I had to drive back home with no haircut. Worst experience I have ever had quite honestly.
