- CNChristiana NicoleNov 30, 20241.0Walked up by 3:30pm, on Saturday — where hours were posted both online and on the door, open ‘til 4pm.. And the door was locked. Not a soul to be found — other than the woman and child standing outside, looking as baffled as I did. Wasn’t even note on the door to indicate why. Yet, there was a sign with “4pm” highlight, to emphasis that was the time they’s be closing on Saturday, the 30th. During their Black Friday sale weekend. If you’re going to close early — fine. Though, to be so inconsiderate to not even put a note I indicating such — locking customers out, during stated business hours, for no rhythm or reason. I wanted to potentially take advantage of their sale; so, when the store was closed, I attempted to go online.. I have never purchased online, prior — being I can go to the store — and I can’t even get that worked out, either; the website is not sending me the proper email, it’s suppose to. Closing the store down early, unexpectedly is one thing. However, this behavior is poor business practice — and I see from recent reviews it’s become a consistent habit. EDIT: Came here Saturday, before Christmas, around the same time — completely closed. This time, they did have a sign notifying they would be closed — though, to be closed the Saturday of Black Friday weekend AND the Saturday before Christmas, during normal store hours? This store really seems to not have it together, unfortunately.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
