Unfortunately the stylist didn't know what she was doing with my hair. I went in today with my daughter and I. First my daughter has my hair. The way that Kiah did her hair was phenomenal that I decided right then she is doing mine! After she did my hair exactly how I wanted and needed it to be, I made the decision that she is the only stylist I will go to now. Great Clips you did Fantastic hiring her! She knows how to care and cut my type of hair without causing it damage or for it to frizz out. I have not been that extactic after walking out of those doors in a long time! Thank you again Kiah!

Probably won't come back unless its a last option in Chico Very good for a quick last minute haircut. Not good for date night or anything else really. Make sure to keep an eye out for who cuts your hair, or you'll end up looking like them 😅

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
