- SVSamantha Vazquez2 days ago1.0Laura the manager and Leslie the beauty advisor were extremely unhelpful. I received the incorrect product online. Have not had time to exchange the item in store because I work two jobs and am a full time student. They refused to exchange the item for a higher priced item, I was going to even pay the remainder and for more items as well. But never plan on shopping at Sephora again. I work in customer service and this is the worst place to spend money. Also, this is not the first time I have had this experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
