Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. - KKKarenOct 27, 20255.0I am absolutely kicking myself for not remembering their names :( but 3 people absolutely made my night tonight on 10/27 I was having the most stressful terrible day. I went in there not really wanting to talk but the girl that came up to me was so nice and happy and helpful. She rang me up and also prepped an order my bf had sent in a few hours prior. The order wasn’t ready yet but she quickly gathered and packaged everything for me! Aside from that absolute angel with the long black hair, another worker gave me the Kirby watch off their apron after I mentioned my Kirby collection and showed them my Kirby tattoo. It might not sound like a big deal but it meant the world to me and it made all my stresses go away. Loved their heart shaped glasses and their luscious wavy brown hair. The last worker with pink maybe purpleish? hair helped me choose samples of the lush skincare products. They were so so knowledgeable and helped recommend products that would work with my acne prone skin. All in all the customer service is outstanding here, all the workers were just genuinely nice people Idk what they’re paid but it needs to be doubled! TRIPLED even! Aside from the wonderful workers, I love love looove the bath bombs! They smell divine!
